What's included: All meetings, emails, research, and document review count toward your hours. What's not: Financial aid support. How it works: Hours tracked in 15-minute increments, used anytime before August 31 of senior year.
The Course Navigator: Meet once or twice a year to plan courses, balance rigor with your interests, and line up summer opportunities, with quick email check-ins in between. For families who want to know they're on track without ongoing support.
The List Builder: Start your list in Waysmith Advisor, then use your hours to review it with me: schools you might have missed, which to drop, and application strategy for the ones you keep. Typically concentrated in junior spring and summer.
The Application Strategist: Focus on positioning: activities list optimization, interview prep, testing decisions, Early Decision/Action strategy, and navigating specific application challenges. No essay editing, but guidance on how to approach your essays.
The Problem Solver: Get unstuck when challenges arise: recruited athlete decisions, arts portfolio questions, gap year planning, or navigating disciplinary disclosures.
